Our goal this year is to raise $75,000 to support our patients, our communities and each other.
The Employee Crisis Assistance Fund provides financial assistance for eligible employees. Every dollar you donate directly assists a co-worker who is experiencing a crisis.

The Patient and Family Assistance Fund helps patients and their families’ meet needs related to their care when no other sources of funding exist.
| By providing critical financial support from this fund, Northwestern Medicine care teams helped 58 families last year focus on recovery and healing. |
The Healthier Communities Fund augments systemwide efforts to improve access to care and eliminate health disparities in the communities we serve.
| Through nine grants totaling more than $130,000 last year, this fund supported work to address socioeconomic needs to help people lead healthier lives. |
